Royal Garrafon and Dolphin Swim at Isla Mujeres
Throughout the ages, sailors have regarded dolphins as stalwart companions on their travels across the world’s oceans and seas. Now, it is your turn to make friends with these incredible marine mammals on our fabulous Dolphin Swim Adventure Combo. Then, you’ll have ample outdoor adventures to enjoy within the confines of Garrafon Reef Park. There are so many great things to do in Garrafon; you may have trouble deciding what to do next.
The Dolphin Swim Adventure will be the highlight of your excursion to Isla Mujeres from Cancun. As you enter the warm waters of the dolphin habitat, you can introduce yourself to the dolphins by shaking hands (or fins). Don’t be surprised if these affectionate animals plant a kiss on your cheek. They also appreciate a gentle hug from visitors. You can then hold tight to one dolphin’s pectoral fins as it pulls you through the water on a belly ride. A dolphin will even push you across the water while you ride a boogie board. You can also dance, play games, and spend some free time with the dolphins. We keep the number of participants low (twelve per Swim Adventure) in order to maximize each person’s time with the dolphins.
You also can participate in plenty of other thrilling (or relaxing) activities in Garrafon, including sea kayaking, reef snorkeling, swimming in an infinity pool, or climbing overhead on the canopy course. Visitors will also be able to use the locker rooms with refreshing showers and secure lockers for your possessions. The international open bar is a nice perk for adults over eighteen in the park. We offer both a guided bike sightseeing excursion around the island as well as a shopping trip.
Participants will appreciate the round-trip ferry crossing from Cancun complete with an open international bar and a full breakfast.

- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to part take in any of our aquatic programs
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory
- Height limit: 3' 11"
- Kids between 3' 11" and 4' 7" must participate with a paying adult
